Hi, I'm Jay
Originally from Fiji and now proudly based in Edmonton, Alberta, I have spent more than 17 years working in the information technology industry.
Throughout my career, I have supported individuals, small businesses, and enterprise environments, gaining hands-on experience across Microsoft technologies, cloud services, cybersecurity, endpoint security, networking, server infrastructure, virtualisation, automation, identity and access management, and modern workplace solutions.
My technical background includes Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, Citrix environments, PowerShell automation, cloud migrations, device management, enterprise IT operations, and modern workplace solutions that help organisations improve security, productivity, and collaboration.
Over the years, I have helped organisations strengthen security, modernise infrastructure, improve productivity, and solve complex technology challenges.
