Submitting the booking form is a request only. Your appointment is confirmed after it has been reviewed and approved by 1ClickFix Home IT Solutions. Appointment requests are reviewed Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Requests submitted during business hours are typically reviewed within 2 hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be reviewed on the next business day.

Yes. Remote Support is available for many Windows, Microsoft 365, email, printer and software-related issues.
